The Final Verdict is based on a scale of 1-7, although this scale is not numbered. Instead, it uses thematically appropriate words to describe the performance of the game. Each cycle of loading and unloading represents one rise and fall of the tide. The rig can complete a cycle in a second. Once you have used your dice they become exhausted, only to be refreshed at the end of the round, or by visiting certain spaces on the board.
