Another issue with the fact that Let’s Sing is feeling more like a platform (when it’s not) is that tracks from previous editions are stuck there. Sing alone or grab your friends for a battle of the voices in on- and offline game modes to determine once and for all who is the best singer around. If these screenshots all look alike, its because Let’s Sing Country is literally just music videos with the lyrics scrolling across the screen. Truth be told, it’s hard to tell as it just feels like you are singing solo – you’ll want to actually bring a friend to the party.Super comfortable for longtime players to slip into of course, but it also points to the fact that, as a game franchise, Let’s Sing has now matured to the point of being more like a platform than a game series where annual editions keep iterating on themselves with new improvements. The song that plays with the video is the actual studio recording by the original artist – no creepy cover versions here. Meanwhile Let’s Sing 2018 has a much crisper, cleaner and overall more slicker looking and feeling interface that really shows the experience of developers Voxler.
