Fife Housing Partnership
The Fife Housing Partnership has been established to provide a single forum through which investors, planning agencies, housing providers, tenants and voluntary organisations can participate in the planning and development of effective processes to meet housing and related needs in Fife. The Partnership operates within the Community Planning Framework and is responsible for advising and directing work to improve housing and housing services across all tenures.
Who we are
The Fife Housing Partnership membership includes representatives from
• Fife Council
• NHS Fife
• Scottish Government
• HA Forum
• Tenants and Residents Federations
• Private Landlords Steering Group
The Partnership has consultative links to the Scottish Rural Property and Business Association and the Dunfermline Building Society. The Partnership's priorities, aims and objectives are outlined in the Local Housing Strategy, which is updated annually and subject to five year review.
The Fife Housing Partnership has developed the SHIP for 2009/10 - 2013/14 to set out how investment in affordable housing will be directed over the next 5 years to achieve the outcomes set out in the Local Housing Strategy (LHS) . You will find this in the attached publications list. Fife Housing Partnership agenda and minutes are available from Steve.Thompson@fife.gov.uk.
