About this deal

Everything considered, then, while the 7Hz Salnotes Zero has a lot of good things going for it, I think that there are better alternatives out there– just check the Best Of page to learn about some. Alternatively, the best-sounding option is to go for a USB Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) to connect your IEMs. Admittedly the chassis of the Zero is made from plastic, but it doesn’t feel brittle and is strengthened by the inclusion of a metal faceplate.

It affects the overall edge of vocal and instruments, but if I had to compare it to Aria, Aria has more edgier mids compared to the HOLA, in other words, HOLA is more natural and smoother compared to Aria, also mids on Aria is a tad more forward.

A carrying case or pouch would have been the cherry on top of the cake, but I’m not pushing hard for these since the Wan’er are already very affordable. The 7Hz Salnotes Zero is a revolutionary earphone to be fitted with a 10mm dynamic driver with metal composite diaphragm, utilizing pioneering technology exclusively developed by 7Hz.

The earphones are not the best at isolating due to the medium shallow insertion depth and lightweight build, but they will still be perfectly useable for commuting or office duties. Generally I think Headphones would make a better option for FPS as they give superior soundstage compared to traditional IEMs. pin connector, which should in theory be more robust than MMCX connectors, if one does frequent cable swaps. It’s built from a strong plastic material with a metal piece serving as a face plate, which really added quite a nice touch to the earphones. Its detachable with a two-pin connector features a weld construction below the splitter before diverging into single strands. Reddit and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with a better experience. The sound is powerful and revealing, with the ideal balance of lows, mids, and highs between the instruments and vocals. The design of the shell is quite peculiar as it is generally triangular, but it is highly irregular.

The Zero on the other hand has lifeless vocals, there's good amount of detail for sure but 'Zero' life when compared to the E3000. Really really wide soundstage and a noticeable bump in detail to the Salnotes Zero, which I believe there's a criticism that the Salnotes gives the impression detail through heightened treble. I’m excited about how this impacts the market and how other brands will reply to the release of the 7Hz Salnotes Zero.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable). A modern day Cinderella story of the Wan’er translates to bang-for-buck sound for budget audiophiles!
