About this deal

Dakota Johnson will play the title character and Sydney Sweeney ( Euphoria) will play a character who is presumably some kind of multiversal variant of Gwen Stacy in a film directed by S.J. Clarkson and written by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama. Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, Emma Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mamet also star, but we have no idea who they’re playing. Hawkeye set the scene for the return of Charlie Cox for Daredevil: Born Again, but ahead of that series in 2024, we’ve got Echo. Alaqua Cox played Echo in Hawkeye, and with some serious daddy issues thanks to Kingpin being her adoptive father, this is thought to be the focus of the series.

Joining Thorne, Anthony Ramos plays the Hood, who is supposed to be an ally of Riri but looks like he could be the main villain. Solo’s Alden Ehrenreich has also been cast, while we’re breaking new ground for LGBTQ+ with RuPaul’s Drag Race’s Shea Couleé in a mystery role. Marvel Studios revealed at SDCC 2022 that it was working on not one, but TWO Avengers movies to conclude MCU Phase 6, and while we currently know diddly squat about them apart from that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton is helming this one, we can glean a bit from the titles that were chosen! First up in May 2025 will be Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, so we can safely assume that Jonathan Majors’ pesky multiverse Variants aren’t going anywhere for the foreseeable future.

is shaping up to be an important year for the Marvel Universe. After the post-Endgame slump and a transition period focused on introducing new superheroes, the MCU enters Phase 5 and begins the Multiverse saga. In the coming months, we will see the departure of big names (such as Ant-Man or Guardians of the Galaxy, etc.) and the arrival of many others (Captain America, Fantastic 4, etc.). All in anticipation of the climax that will bring two new Avengers movies in 2025 and 2026. To make sure you don't miss any of this new arc, let's take a look at all the Marvel releases scheduled for 2023 and beyond. Marvel's 2023 Release Schedule From our research, when it comes to Marvel advent calendars, the prices tend to depend on whether you're going for a collectors calendar or some fun little bits. X-Men 97, which is being helmed by Beau DeMayo, serves as a direct sequel to its predecessor, with X:TAS' storylines set to be continued from the outset. Several of X:TAS' cast, including Cal Dodd, Lenore Zann, Christoper Britton, and George Buza, have returned to voice their characters. New fan-favorite superheroes, such as Sunspot and Madelyne Pryor will also show up. CWGST suggests its animation style will be "very anime inspired", though we suspect that'll be married with the original show's 2D animated form. Very few details are available on this one at the moment, but Ryan Coogler will develop at least one Wakanda-set TV series for Disney+. We wrote more about some of the implications of this here. After his off-screen Eternals cameo, Blade is getting an R-rated MCU movie. Nic Pizzolatto ( True Detective) is rejigging the film's script (per leaker DanielRPK) after previous rewrites were made by Beau DeMayo ( The Witcher) and Michael Starrbury ( When They See Us), who had already treated Watchmen scribe Stacy Osei-Kuffour's original script. Yann Demange ( Lovecraft Country) is Blade's new director following previous incumbent Bassam Tariq's departure.

Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers reunites with Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau, the daughter of Danvers’ best friend Maria (Lashana Lynch) from 2018's Captain Marvel. We last saw Rambeau in WandaVision, and, given the duo haven't crossed path since the '90s-set Captain Marvel, expect an awkward family-style reunion between them. Reports say that Marvel is also working on Shang-Chi 2, a Spider-Man: Sophomore Year animated series, a Nova project, and a second season of X-Men ’97! We’ll keep updating this with new information as it becomes available! Wonder Man The_Panther_X Rip Off Lego hates an honest review they have now refused to post my review 3 times. I am now posting again so people know the truth. If you're looking for an advent calendar that is a little out of the ordinary, then look no further than these super suggestions, as we've got the best Marvel advent calendars rounded up for you.
