About this deal

Continuing our product announcement series for 2022, we think you’re going to love our first ATX PC case, the Y60.

You mount the power supply behind the motherboard mounting tray, and this aspect of the building process is smooth sailing. A platform is in place to hold the PSU, with nothing at all to get in the way of inserting it. Conveniently placed cut-outs in the motherboard mounting tray also help with running cables directly where they need to go. The cut-outs are positioned and angled to be out of view when looking through the tempered glass, for a tidier finished build. I decided to replace my aging Thermaltake View 37 which was a huge case but despite adding larger front fans, always had a problem with heat.Another thing we love to do at LiquidHaus is mixing and matching brands. Sometimes you can get a great synergy between brand aesthetics or even functionality that you simply can’t find when you decide to go with just one brand, especially for watercooling components. We finally decided the mod should be utilizing the unique 45-degree front corner of the Y60 by placing a massive tube reservoir that is mounted halfway through the panel itself.

Before we started modding and building up this PC, we wanted to get a sort of reference or direction on what some of the people at HYTE were looking forward to seeing. Being that this is our second project with HYTE, you can’t do the same mod twice in a row. Like Basher says in Ocean’s Thirteen, “You don’t do the same gag twice, you do the next gag.” The Y60 has an included riser cable designed to waterfall cleanly over half-height cards attached behind your vertical GPU. This is our first in a series of blogs, which will highlight our first modded build with their Y60 case! The Y60 uses "Low-profile PCIE Cards" to improve GPU performance and aesthetics, without compromising on expandability. As GPUs have gotten beefier (and let’s face it, more expensive), they’ve also become the star of PC builds. You worked hard to get that GPU, so why wouldn’t you want to show it off? The Hyte Y60 is an interesting PC case that can be the foundation of a stunning build if you play your parts right. If you're looking to show off your components, the Y60 is one of the best chassis you can buy to do just that. If aesthetics is your top priority, it's a no-brainer.

The register can be accessed through http://www.fca.org.uk Or you could go semi-naked and pull the tempered glass panels off entirely to leave a completely open-air chassis. How continental. With vertical orientation can come some cooling challenges; don’t worry, we thought of that too. Our “cold floor” design uses lateral vents to draw air up from the bottom of your chassis, removing hot spots and allowing more airflow. Panoramic Views It's also important to note that the case has only three full-height add-on card slots, all of which are vertical. There are seven half-height slots that run horizontally, but there's no way to change the configuration, so it's impossible to add a second full-height card in this case. Adding half-height cards is also slightly challenging, as the riser card will once again be an obstruction.Beginner Micro Devic... Does 7900XT still has high idle consumption on multiple monitors? And should I wait for the Supers even when I'm leaning towards AMD cards? ( 3) Step forward Hyte Y-60 - a case I have been waiting months to arrive in the UK. It looks great, its extremely well built using high quality materials.
