About this deal

It has four petals that overlap to form a comfortable, contoured base for your baby. This feature also means it’s suitable for almost any sink size, expanding or reducing to fit. We wish this cozy, cushioned bath insert came in adult sizes! Suitable from birth to about 6 months or 17 pounds, this is specifically designed for very little ones. By three months old, our first-born son had outgrown his little baby bath but was still too fragile to be bathed in an adult tub. While we tried a number of different bath supports from recliners to chairs, we couldn’t find anything that made bathing easy or fun for our newborn.

What sets the PRIMO EuroBath apart from other baby baths is its size. Measuring 36 x 21 x 9 inches, it can accommodate two children at the same time. The bath easily fills up in a shower or bathtub, while a drain plug makes emptying the bath fast and convenient when the fun is over. Contoured seats allow babies (newborn and up) to sit up or recline, which makes hair washing easy. Plus, a plastic tie loop lets you hang the tub on the wall when it’s not in use.

Because we believe parents who have been there before know best and are honest about what they like, we looked at recommendations from Mumsnet users themselves. We trawled the Mumsnet forums for posts about which baby baths they rated highly and why, and which left them a little lukewarm. We’ve spent enough time trying to keep our babies’ heads above water during baths and knew there must be a better option — and we’ve found it! In fact, we found 10 terrific tubs for every scenario. All you need to do is fill up your tub a few inches, secure the seat and slip your baby in. They'll love being able to splash around, and you'll feel confident your baby won't fall over. Are you worried about ending up with a wet floor? This tub has overflow drains, leaking excess water into the sink. No tub? No problem! This baby bathtub can be filled in the shower for your little one to use for bathtime. The liner needs to be inflated but provides a soft cushion for baby to stay comfortable while staying safe with skid-resistant vinyl.

Sling-style tubs are excellent for newborns. They cradle your slippery baby safely, taking some of the worries out of bathing your precious new arrival. The BBH is unlike other bath supports on the market in that it flexes with your baby – helping them learn balance and stability while also develop core strength. Another benefit of the BBH over other bath supports is that it’s compact and light – making it easy to store and travel with. You may not think about bells and whistles when it comes to a baby bathtub, but this one has it all. Babies can use this tub immediately after birth, thanks to the newborn insert, and well after they turn 6 months old.

It’s not a tub that you’re going to use for years, as it’s really designed for about the first 6 months of a baby’s life, but for that time, parents say it’s a fantastic bathtub. Many also note that it’s great that you can keep filling the Puj with fresh water while the dirty water flows out. I have 9 month old twins and we used the Anglecare bath seats from 6 months. They are really good and few very secure' - recommended by Mumsnet user TwinMum89 Our verdict

Another useful feature is the temperature indicator, which displays “HOT” in white if the water is above 104 degrees Fahrenheit. It stays blue when the temperature is correct. This saves the need for a separate bath thermometer or guessing about the bathwater temperature.
