About this deal

For those with sensitive skin, Allure Korea editors recommend the ultra-light Dr.G Green Mild Up Sun SPF50+. The longtime favorite is free of fragrance but rich in soothing cica and skin-repairing ceramides. Although it's made of 100 percent zinc oxide, the sunscreen still suits every skin tone.

An oil-soluble chemical sunscreen agent that protects the skin from UVB (295-315 nm) with a peak protection at 306 nm. Homosalate isnot a strong UV filter in and of itself (gives only SPF 4.3 protection at max. Good old water, aka H2O. The most common skincare ingredient of all. You can usually find it right in the very first spot of the ingredient list, meaning it’s the biggest thing out of all the stuff that makes up the product. A clear, colorless, almost odorless oil that spreads nicely and easily and gives a velvet dry skin feel. It is good friends with sunscreen agents and helps to solubilize them. what‑it‑does A clear, oil-soluble, "cosmetically-elegant" liquid that is the most commonly used chemical sunscreen. It absorbs UVB radiation (at wavelengths: 280-320 nm) with a peak protection at 310nm. A mainly oil-loving, vegetable raw material based ingredient that helps water and oil to mix together, aka emulsifier. It can also function as a wetting and dispersing agent helping insoluble particles such as color pigments or inorganic sunscreens (zinc/titanium dioxide) to disperse nice and even in liquids. Like how I was going on and on about texture and smell about sunscreens, this one from Thank you farmer is very comfortable on the skin, doesn’t dry my skin out or have that weird powdery finish that is oily at the same time. If no one told me this was sunscreen, I’d think this was just another milky essence since it doesn’t have that gross smell and absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave a greasy finish. My skin definitely feels moisturized and doesn’t have a white cast.

Contains natural extracts such as phyto-oligo, inca omega oil, and bamboo extracts. Ingredient List, Fragrance & Sunscreen Filters Chemically speaking, it is the attachment of a glycerin molecule to the fatty acid called stearic acid. It can be produced from most vegetable oils (in oils three fattyacidmolecules are attached to glycerin instead of just one like here) in a pretty simple, "green" process that is similar to soap making. It's readily biodegradable. Our intro did get pretty big after all (sorry for that), so let's get to the point finally: sunflower oil - similar to other plant oils - is a great emollient that makes the skin smooth and nice and helps to keep it hydrated. It also protects the surface of the skin and enhances the damaged or irritated skin barrier. Leslie Bauman notes in Cosmetic Dermatology that one application of sunflower oil significantly speeds up the recovery of the skin barrier within an hour and sustains the results 5 hours after using it. I used this sunscreen briefly, and I have some thoughts. First Impressions of the Thank You Farmer Sun Project Water Sun Cream SPF 50+My main concern is protection against UVA radiation and I assume this is an SPF 30, PA++ for this purpose. Let me explain: All in all, this is a solid hybrid sunscreen with great filters. It would have been perfect without the fragrance and alcohol. Texture & Consistency I am happy using this sunscreen on the assumption that it is a SPF 30 product offering a PA++ rated protection against UVA radiation. Personally, for me the reluctance comes from the consistency of the sunscreen. This is the fluid like consistency of Thank You Farmer

Uvinul A Plus - A new generation, chemical sunscreen agent (not available in the US due to impossible FDA regulations) that's designed for high UVA protection and high photostability.I only uses this sunscreen INDOORS (and this is true about all South Korean sunscreens I have used)
