The problem with predicting a potential release date for Heavenly Delusion season 2 is that there is likely not yet enough source material to produce a second season straight away. I spoke a lot about the ecchi scenes, but they weren't the only ones that suffered censorship, the action scenes with more violence were also censored. One of the ones where I most felt the impact of these changes was the boat scene. In this scene in the manga there was a couple dating, which is not shown in the anime. This made a lot of difference, as the death of these characters would make the scene impactful, increase the drama, and match the atmosphere proposed by the work.
