About this deal

If you’re not familiar with mirror glaze, it’s a white chocolate glaze made with gelatin that is poured over cakes—usually mousse or other soft molded desserts—to give them an ultra-shiny appearance, like the surface of a mirror. When the chocolate mixture has melted, let it cool a bit before beating in the eggs and sugar, and then the nuts and flour. Beat to combine smoothly and then scrape out of the saucepan into the lined pan.

Let’s just say, I’ve never felt so inspired and motivated to bake since following them (they are 100% worth the follow! Although you may find your stomach rumbling after having a look through their bakes). So today, I’ve tried some new ingredients mixed together and had a go at creating a new brownie recipe for you all. a) Didn't just melt into the brownie mix, leaving the bottom of the brownie lovely and caramelized, but the gooey centre indistinguishable from the rest of the brownie When you put the whisking technique side by side with a different one, I often find you can even just see the differences. The look, texture and more. I much much MUCH prefer this whisking method.I use this air fryer, and I love it.However, this recipe is catered for this particular sized air fryer, in terms of the size of the tin I use. This recipe uses a 7″ round tin because it fits perfectly inside the basket of the air fryer. As air fryers come in different shapes and sizes, the tin you need to use may vary depending on what will fit. Then, slowly add in the 240g or plain flour in with 1tsp of baking powder and fold into the mixture. Who loves Gooey Chocolate Caramel Brownies: ME ME ME! These brownies are so good that it's bad. It's extremely difficult to walk past the box on the counter without hunching over the work surface and taking a large bite out of ANOTHER one.

I then added the caster sugar and this is the point where the mixture can split. I used the whisk attachment of my KitchenAid stand mixer and whisked for about 2 minutes until the sugar had dissolved. As you can see the mixture goes pale and creamy.

People can say they followed the recipe “to a T” all they like, but something went wrong. It can be down to ingredients, but usually… its the mix with brownies. Too liquid, not mixed enough, etc.Add the vanilla extract to the bowl along with the eggs. Beat well for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. They should be done when they're not wobbling when you shake the tin, and a skewer should come out mostly clean, not covered in chocolate. Pinch off pieces of blondie dough and scatter randomly across the surface of the brownie batter in both pans until all of the blondie batter is used. Use an offset spatula or spoon to swirl and spread the blondie dough pieces to cover the brownie dough completely. Perfectly sliced brownies: chill the brownies for an hour and slice with a sharp knife, wiping the blade between each slice. Oh, and you DEFINITELY want silicone, as opposed to traditional pans. Being able to flex the mold inside-out to remove the mousse is a must!
