Just before we get into the detail of analysing the price of this product, we want to briefly highlight the importance of setting yourself a budget before you spend too much time shopping around for a suitable product. It’s all too often that we get carried away when shopping and find ourselves buying a fantastic product, but probably actually overdelivers on what we need and therefore costs a lot more than we should have spent. So spend a bit of time looking around at the sort of price you can expect to pay for products in the Electric blankets category and use that alongside your own financial situation to set yourself a budget.

So this step combines the two and looks specifically at the price you’d expect to pay for Dreamland branded products in the Electric blankets category.This heated over-blanket is my new best friend! Wish I'd had it years ago. Would highly recommend it especially to anyone who, like myself has fibromyalgia or any other muscular or similar painful problems.Also ideal as I have a Tempur memory foam mattress which it is recommended to use an over blanket. For machine washing, load the blanket into the machine taking care that it does not rest on the rubber which surrounds the opening, we suggest either a bath towel or sheet be loaded in front of the blanket, to help prevent the blanket falling forward. Since using it I've had much better sleep. It is so cosy and not heavy. The control handset is simple to use with a good range of settings and heats up rapidly. However on 1st use I discovered the handset dial glowed which partially lit up the bedroom wall. Easily solved as I now just turn it upside down so that it doesn't reflect!

The most disappointing element is that the blanket is just not made the way they used to be. the material seems to get thinner and thinner with each successive one I've bought over th e years and this is no exception such that you can feel the wires in the blanket, even with the sheet in between and so it's a little uncomfortable until you get used to it.
