This product comes with only one valve adapter and inflates slowly at about 0.75 psi per minute when used with a standard electric pump. Keep this in mind before purchasing because slow inflation may make those long days on the water uncomfortable for some riders who want their boats inflated ASAP. Other materials, like plastic or aluminum require a lot more patience to attach but this is often worth it as these materials are lighter and allow for easier transport of your pump system. They also tend not to corrode so if that’s something you care about then keep looking until you find what suits your needs best. This pump inflated my demo board in less than 10 minutes. It inflates to a maximum pressure of 20 psi.

Gili’s 12V electric iSUP paddleboard pump is a standard electric pump. We weren’t blown away by it like we were with the Shark II, but we also weren’t disappointed in its function. Overheating is the major cause of SUP pumps breaking. The internal temperature sensor of the Seamax SUP20D prevents your pump from overheating and turns the pump off when it gets too hot. If kept cool in the bag, the SereneLife pump can inflate 3-4 boards on a full charge, though we recommend giving it a rest after 2 to avoid overheating. In the case that your pump does overheat, it’s covered by a 30 day warranty. We’d appreciate a longer warranty period, but given the lower price for a portable pump, it may be a fair trade-off. Specs Voltage Required: There are a few things I don’t like about this SUP pump adaptor. The first is that the plastic material seems to be very thin, which might make it more prone to ripping over time. The second thing I’m not too keen on is how you’re supposed to use your thumb and index finger (with no glove) to activate the air valve – though maybe this isn’t an issue for those of us with small hands.
