About this deal

We could write a lot about the metaphorical world where the wind blows constantly from west to east, but with so much diversity, inconsistency, speed, movement, regularity that it is said to be the source of all existing thing. This wind and the quest of this horde to get to the never-reached origin point of the wind, the fantasized “origin of all things”, moving with their bare-feet across the land for 30 years, is more about the intimate struggle and the will they need to achieve their common and personal goals. The strength of all these people’s bond and the way it drives them forward. I just don’t have the time nor a good enough english language mastery to write the article this book deserves.

Let me tell you one thing though, whether you are a speculative fiction reader or not, you've *never* read anything like this book. And I do mean NEVER. More than just treating the book as a simple medium to deliver a message, Damasio has conceived this specific work as a book universe. The medium is intimately linked to the message and well, I'm sad to say it, but this remarkable achievement simply makes the book intranslatable. You'd have to rewrite entire parts of the book to make them work in another language. It'd be a tremendous work and you'd never be sure whether or not you'd be betraying the author's original speech. Hurricane force” isn’t where the winds stop.Several classes would need to be added to the Beaufort Scale .Winds frequently reach such force as to obliterate anything that isn’t sufficiently hard and massive. Some forms of wind, such as a “blaast”, are essentially an explosion.

SACD (French authors' organization) prize for digital Creation 2014 for Remember Me and the whole of his digital creation To make it short: La Horde du Contrevent, aka The Horde of Counterwind is a french (sci-fi) novel, written by Alain Damasio (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alain_Damasio), and it is a pure masterpiece. You must read it if you can.

Most people live at a medieval tech level. However, the larger settlements are massive underground complexes with extremely high, concrete-like ceilings. This doesn’t necessarily mean a higher tech – the Ancient Egyptians could build ’em pyramids, after all. Since September 2013 Alain Damasio has lent his voice and his pen to several jingles on the web radio Phaune Radio. [5]
