It has so many different display modes and display mode shortcut buttons ( i, INFO, MENU, Fn2) that they no longer do much; you wind up having to hit all of them until you find whatever you needed. On Android devices, SnapBridge did function pretty much as advertised, but even a brief play revealed that it was well suited to a high-end camera like the D500. Most obviously, the remote-control app offered no manual settings changes at all – a perplexing oversight at a time when every other brand offers extensive manual control of the camera over Wi-Fi.
