The more I read of Carian Cole, the more I want to read Carian Cole. This is the second book of hers I’ve read this month and I’ve loved them both! Don’t Kiss the Bride is a fantastic slow burn romance that I couldn’t get enough of. Skylar has lived a rough life the past few years but if there’s one thing that this girl is, it’s determined. with a plan that seems a million miles away, Skyler does the only thing that she can do right now which is to take it one day at a time and pray everything will work out for the best in the end. But when she meets an older guy that goes out of his way to help her, life as she knows it is about to change completely.

This slow burn romance read was out of my comfort zone. My age gap limit is 13-14 years, but Jude was 16 y.o. older than Skylar. If this is your first book by Carian Cole you could end up binge reading the rest of her books and end up with a book hang over.
