I bought this treadmill for my wife who has used various other makes and models and she is over the moon with it. Couple of slight downsides - took a while to figure out what screws went where and there seemed to be extra ones which made me a bit unsure, and the instructions for use aren't comprehensive, e. I am very pleased with my purchase, it was easy to assemble, I had the help of my granddaughter and it was ready in no time. She had it installed, I chose not to as it looked too simple to warrant paying for installation and I was right, it took me and my son no more then 20 mins to have it all put together.

Having said that it isn't hard to set up and other reviews were comforting as those who had problems had great help from the company. The machine was very easy to assemble and I had it all sorted within 20 minutes of opening the box, my only niggle with the product (and it is a very small one) is that the instruction booklet is very difficult to follow and not particularly informative.This has been particularly beneficial as the nights draw in and there is a greater reluctance to want to go out.
