Since the serum has a thick, silicon feel to it, I found that my face felt very “caked on” with product. It seemed to just sit on top of my skin, did not feel hydrating and did not notice any improvement in fine lines, etc after regular use and finishing the tube.

Something I don’t like about this retinol serum is that most of the ingredients are unrecognizable, meaning the average person wouldn’t know what they were putting on their face.I have lots of problems with my skin and have found that No7 products are excellent and about the best available for eczema prone skin. Lovely lightweight serum that really does wonders for my skin, from firming to closing my pores, I try others Elemis and Dermalogica but come back to No7 protect and perfect every time. In spite of the fact that it is supposed to be used twice daily, I still think I have noticed a slight improvement in lines and am fairly confident that continued and more intense use would deliver stronger results.
