About this deal

Five Nights at Freddy's is a first-person survival horror and resource management game from Scott Cawthorn that raced to popularity thanks to its creepy animatronic enemies and its array of panic-inducing jumpscares. He covers all aspects of the industry, from new game announcements and patch notes to legal disputes, Twitch beefs, esports, and Henry Cavill. But the core elements are clearly visible: Stealth and evasion appear central to survival (generally speaking, people don't roam around inside grotty old air ducts because it's fun) and yes, jump scares remain. I’m a nice person, and I don’t judge people on how they look or how much money they have, and I don’t have to give a person a pop quiz to decide if I’ll let them hang out with me or not! So, as someone who has become very familiar with this series I feel like I should explain that 'Into The Pit' is a story about a kid getting his dad replaced by Springtrap via shenanigans involving a time traveling ball pit.

Cawthon, who retired from working on the series in 2021 following a controversy over donations he made to conservative political action committees and politicians including Donald Trump, was a whole lot less cool recently about the unintentional release of an official Five Nights at Freddy's game for Roblox that apparently went live after he approved a skin, which developers took as a greenlight to put out the whole game. Much to his surprise, he emerges in the same restaurant decades earlier, where he sees an unforgettable tragedy unfold.I think this book is about as well-written as the Goosebumps books, but I couldn’t help but notice that this book is horribly negative towards its teen girl protagonists. Going by popular time travel theories, the Spring Bonnie suit is now in the present day, meaning it's now absent from 1985.

He began writing videogame news in 2007 for The Escapist and somehow managed to avoid getting fired until 2014, when he joined the storied ranks of PC Gamer. However, Into the Pit's role in the Stitchwraith Stingers series was not made clear until much later in the series. all three stories are about a child wanting a better life, in one way or another, and meeting a FNAF friend who helps them to their dismay. Just a reminder that FNAF Creator Scott Cawthon donated to Donald Trump and multiple other anti-LGBTQIA+ Republicans (such as Mitchell McConnell, who Scott gave 5,000 USD and Tulsi Gabbard who Scott gave 2,500 USD).

Given the homicidal Spring Bonnie's appearance as well as his victims, it is implied that the 1985 Freddy Fazbear's Pizza location in this story is the restaurant and year where the Missing Children Incident occurred, albeit probably some sort of supernatural imitation.
