The book explains how most people expect to be happy all the time, do'nt live in the past be present, how idleness and sins will lead to depression, and how to appreciate what we have today. It is full of practical advice on how to replace sadness with a pragmatic and ultimately satisfying Islamic outlook on life. C’est doux à lire , ça reboost , ça réveil et enfin , cette lecture soulage les consciences el hamdoullah. I love the fact you can go straight to the contents page and refer to any page that resonates with you at that moment. I wanted to purchase this as a gift for a friend and the parcel came through soo quickly which was surprising and lovely to see!

I personally enjoy the comforting suggestions that the book provides accompanied by some dua’s, Quranic verses and stories of friends of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It is full of practical advice on how to replace it with a pragmatic and ultimately satisfying Islamic outlook on life.

Despite the fact that there are typos and cut off words / poor printing, this is an incredible book. But in terms of the book, I’ve now purchased a second copy and will be placing this at work in our prayer room, so others can benefit from this marvellous work.
