About this deal

CRANFORD: This witty and poignant story, starring the Oscar-winning Judi Dench, follows the small absurdities and major tragedies in the lives of the people of Cranford, as they are besieged by forces that they can't withstand.

We also started to look at a number of 20 th-century underestimated women artists, such as Lynda Benglis, Carla Accardi, or Alice Neel.As you can see below, several do not feature the same green cloth binding as those in the core list above (being largely bound in dark blue cloth), and many appear to be about 1/4 inch taller. Distinguishing features of the Cranford Series lie not only in their artistic allure but also in their format and uniformity.

Established by Muriel and Freddy Salem in 1999, it is now among the largest private art collections in Europe, comprising over seven hundred works from the 1960s to the present. The most expensive titles (and usually hardest to find) include Grimms’ Household Series, Tales of the Punjab, Rip van Winkle, Reynard the Fox and Gulliver’s Travels. Turning off the personalised advertising setting won’t stop you from seeing Etsy ads, but it may make the ads you see less relevant or more repetitive. A timeless collection of fables that chronicles the cunning exploits and mischievous adventures of the sly and clever fox, Reynard. We first collaborated with curator Andrew Renton who taught us about art, context, and responsibility. I missed Cranford when it was on BBC - do not know why - so I am pleased to be able to watch it on dvd's.

By placing the emphasis on volume (with approximately one hundred exhibited artworks), the range of mediums, as well as the diversity of the artists’ ages and nationalities, the exhibition will establish a dialogue between art and topical issues, and seek to reveal how the 2000s have transformed our global cultures, geopolitics and economy, as well as our ecological awareness. The bindings, made of smooth shiny cloth, boast a uniform dark shade of green that contributes to the series’ cohesive visual identity. But domestic peace is constantly threatened in the form of financial disaster, imagined burglaries, tragic accidents, and the reapparance of long-lost relatives. Products labelled '*item fulfilled by Exertis on behalf of hmv' will be supplied to you directly by Exertis via their approved couriers. Following the release of six additional volumes in 1892, all including the name “Cranford” in Macmillan’s advertising material, the collection was retrospectively named the Cranford Series, encompassing the earlier three volumes as well.

This cover design was reused from the UK edition by George Allen, and it was then published the following year in the UK by Macmillan as part of the core series, with a different cover design. Focusing on European art since the early 80s, Cranford Collection is based in London and is shown exclusively in a private house in Regent's Park. Out of the House is the first exhibition of the collection outside the private sphere in which it is usually housed. Our collection has an inner coherence linked to our personal journey and developed through personal and aesthetic encounters.

The first in 2000, a Eames cabinet revisited by Martin Boyce; the latest in June this year, a beautiful portrait by Lubaina Himid. Out of the House is part of the series of exhibitions on contemporary art organised by Fundación Santander at the Art Gallery of Grupo Santander City. Bridget Riley, Measure for Measure 6 (2016); and Peter Wächtler, Untitled (octopus) (2014); The Cranford Collection, London.
