And I want to add, my dissatisfactions with the book hardly boil down to thinking Comer is too "conservative. Comer thinks it's only worth reading as love poetry, and, in the process, draws some dodgy gender theology from the poem (do not arouse that love! good book about how relationships/marriage/ romance alllll the things were originally created by God.By “lead” I do not mean boss around, take charge, dominate, intimidate, or any other stupid thing that men have done in the name of the the Bible. In conclusion, this bad judgment of comers causes me to put him a notch lower on the epic list of fantastic authors, unfortunately.
