On the upside, the performance of this mouse is excellent and customizable, and it's very well-built. This is subjective to individual users and with an hour’s adaptation time, you’d be up and ready to go. My personal preference is to use the top 3 as modifier keys ctrl/alt/shift, to stop all that painful keyboard reaching as my healer character has an awful lot of keybinds to use.
