Showerproof and UV protected too, they will all maintain their stylish appearance for many years to come, and neither discolour nor fade in the sun.You definitely need 4 people to put the roof panels up and at least 2 ladders but even this was straightforward and then it only took a couple of hours to complete the build. Our gazebos are classed as permitted development, so there is no need to apply for planning permission, provided you position them appropriately in your garden. Perhaps it should be stated more forcefully in the preface that 3-4 persons are required for safe assembly and that the assembly would take 1. I can imagine though it would have problems in a high wind environment as it is made of lightweight metal.
