But when Pink Friday was released I was overwhelmed with dissapointment as Pink Friday was plain HORRIBLE! Due to being in the throws of the worst man flu since records began (OK, this may possibly be a slight exaggeration) I am bringing this week’s perfume pic to you a day late – apologies.

Overall I’ll rate both the perfumes 3/5 – even though I’m in love with the scents…the longevity and sillage is not good at all considering that they are both eau de parfums. It has top notes of red berries, lemon, peach, heart notes are magnolia, frangipani, orchid and base notes are Tonka beans, vanilla, musk. I would describe this scent as a soft fruity/citrus I definitely get that lemon with that sweet peach in the opening as the scent start to dry down you really get to enjoy those tonka beans mixed with that beautiful vanilla while still getting a remaining of the fruits in the beginning. About the bottle,I agree that it's weird,even somehow creepy,but now that I have two of them,I like collecting all these doll shaped Nickis.Doesn't last for too long, but I wasn't expecting extreme longevity and mega projection from a celebrity perfume. The bottle is rather alarming but I actually quite like it and will always give top marks for individuality! I see people said that Pink Friday is similar to Viva La Juicy, i would say that this one, if what, kinda reminds me Juicy one. One thing i'll say is this is extremely sweet on me and i don't know if i can wear it for that reason, on hotter days it can pick up as 'sour' sweet from the synthetic fruit.

When I sprayed it on, it was nice, nothing captivating, but after a while it became somehow interesting: fruity, sweetish (not sticky sweet) with a nice earthy kind of undertone, due to the tonka bean. Yes, a bit generic celeb fragrance like, but I feel like it has that bite of fruitiness just enough to set itself apart.I had the bottle boxed in my bag, showed it to her and as soon as she saw "Nicki Minaj" she almost screamed "REALLY? I decided to do another review on this, because I have had it a few days now, and have worn it more, also because I am tired of the bickering on here over liking, and disliking this perfume. The sillage was amazing colleagues said they could smell I had arrived and commented that the scent was absolutely gorgeous.

This Nicki Minaj scent is just hands down one of the best smelling perfumes I own, and I own a lot of them. It doesn't project for long but the few times I have worn it I do remember it stays close to my skin. I was hoping when purchasing "Minajesty" I would be welcoming a new fragrance onto my skin, something to get excited about.I have a Gucci flora emerald gardenia bottle and it smells just like it except minajesty is a bit warmer( must be the vanilla note) versus emerald gardenia being more aquatic and fresher. A sultry option which is as glamorous and confident as the woman herself, this gourmand fragrance is reigned by the scent of fresh florals and juicy fruits with base notes of creamy vanilla and pure musks. I always spray perfumes on my clothes and hair and this one gave me a smell of a bathroom disinfectant spray that was used in the 90s that stained blue-green.
