Sourced from perfectly ripe Shiraz grapes from plots across the state, creating the beautifully formed fruit we've come to expect from this varietal. A diverse array of wines are made by this producer including those from grapes viognier, merlot, sauvignon blanc, grenache (garnacha), white blend, pinot grigio, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, cabernet - syrah/shiraz, grenache - syrah, and grenache - mourvedre - syrah. ORANGE WINE is made from white wine grapes that are left to macerate with their skins which impart tannin, grip, structure, colour and flavour to the finished wine.
