Balwearie High Community Use in Kirkcaldy offers Freerunning classes for young people aged 12 years & over on Wednesday evenings.

What is Freerunning? It involves the art of moving through the environment in an effective way while expressing ones self through various fundamental movements such as; vaults, rolls, jumps, climbs, strides, etc. Fife Parkour Coaching run these classes every Wednesday from 6:00 pm. The first session is for beginners and the 7:00 session is for intermediate/advance level.
The classes are open to anyone over 12 years old and for all levels, so whether you're new to the sport or a well practised freerunner, we offer challenges and fun for all.

Due to limited numbers in the class, it is advisable to book in advance. The cost of the class is £6 for 2 hours or £3 for 1 hour with Fifestyle concessions available.
