Nice and sturdy, so they support the ankles, look a little like classic Timerland's, and are very durable. I am not sure how waterproof they are but will do a follow up review in a few months after I've tested them.

I have only had these boots a few days but done several walks and they are instantly comfortable, light to wear, very strong and sturdy and fit well. Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
