There is always the worry that your child might not be hitting one of them on time and there is always someone, usually meant in a kind way, there to offer advice or opinions on your child’s development. Sweetie is a lovably-soft cuddle companion for babies making their first steps into Annabell’s world. After all that hard work, when it’s time to sleep Emily will make yawning and sleeping sounds when rocked and her eyes close when laid down for bed. What I like about this doll is that we can easily switch her off (when she gets too annoying - haha) so you don't need to listen to her constantly babbling if you don't want to and she can have times when she walks and crawls (when switched on) mixed with times when she can act like a regular doll and be cradled/pushed in her stroller ect. Lay her down to sleep and she’ll really close her eyes, perfect for magical bedtimes and imaginative play.

Disclosure: We were sent a Baby Annabell Learns to Walk doll for the purpose of this post, however, all opinions are my own. Annabell cries and babbles as she’s doing all the above actions making the whole experience very interactive. It does definitely takes some adult supervision to get the doll into the correct positions, particularly to crawl, you also have to hold the dolls arms to get her to walk otherwise her legs just kind of collapse under her. It's fair to say that Heidi has been pretty attached to Baby Annabell and she has taken her everywhere - she joins Heidi on her walk to school, goes to bed with Heidi at night and even sits with Heidi as she eats her dinner.To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

During an appointment with the health visitor, she expressed concern that my daughter just wasn’t looking ready to walk. If Baby Annabell is sat up right, with her arms out stretched, she becomes quite upset and has a tantrum. At his two year check, I remember the health visitor being taken aback by his vocabulary and the fact that he already understood under and over. Playing mummy has been one of Eva's favourite things since her little sister was born so as you can imagine we were very excited to be asked if we would like to review Baby Annabell - Learns to Walk' from Zapf Creation. Start her off on all fours and watch as she struggles to crawl, you might hear some crying sounds but that's not for long, Lilly is clever and soon she's off, crawling along the bedroom floor!

They also have a huge selection of accessories and outfits and the collection is continuously being added to meaning it's a gift that you can add to over the years. Both Sebastian and Eliza love to play with her, encouraging her to crawl towards them and lifting her up to help her walk.
