I barely catch the perfume, save for that zest that could have belonged to a freshly opened air freshener. So yesterday after reading a few reviews on Vera Wang's Be Jeweled I decided to head straight to Kohl's to smell this perfume (review will be on VW's Be Jeweled).

It features a delightful blend of rose, lily of the valley, grapefruit, jasmine, apricot, cassis, red apple, and woods. DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom, inspired by the beauty of the apple blossom, is a vibrant, intensely feminine fragrance. At its heart, a blossoming floral bouquet unfolds, featuring delicate muguet and petally rose, embraced by the luminosity of jasmine. This delightful scent blends the invigorating notes of sparkling grapefruit, crisp apple, and sun-kissed apricot. I think it´s an inoffencive scent, that you can wear at work, when you hang out, and wanna smell nice, or if you are going to a summer barbecue with friends.This 2009 addition to the popular Be Delicious series focuses on lighter and more airy notes than the original. On the fruity side I smell a lot of cassis which is less sweet than apple and I like it :) It has more layers than the green version, so it develops better and more interestingly on my skin. Perfumes are often designed with top, middle and base notes, and designed to smell different based on the time after application. Take the juice left in the bottom and put a small spoon of it into a cup and let it air out for about 4 minutes.

Once this settles, it takes a path of its own, walking through a garden of freshly blooming flowers (I cannot really pinpoint what each flower is). I spritzed Happy Heart and this on one wrist each and even my boyfriend couldn't tell the difference between the drydowns. While it's inspired by spring, Fresh Blossom's delightful notes make it a versatile choice suitable for various seasons.Playful Flacon: The charming apple-shaped flacon, combining metal and pink glass, adds a touch of whimsy to your fragrance collection.
