Kemback, Pitscottie and Blebo Community Council
The primary role of the Community Council is to make the views of the residents of Kemback, Pitscottie and Blebo Craigs known to the local authority and other bodies.
Fife Council, in turn, has a duty to consult us on how local services are delivered - and on other issues affecting our neighbourhood.
We have a right to be consulted on all planning applications in the area and would be kept informed about any licensing applications.
Meetings of the Community Council are open to the public. All residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
The Community Council aims to preserve and enhance the quality of life and environment in the area we serve.
