About this deal

The hero takes some getting used to at first, he's a bit prickly (I suspect the author uses that to interject the histroical background)but the heroine is spot on and the whole thing rattles along very nicely thank you.

He has been described as nervous, shy, short in height and a poor cross-examiner and was said to have angered a judge because of these shortcomings.
