This Vango Airbeam tent really excelled in our first three tests, proving that airbeam tents can not only beat our traditional pole tents for Ease Of Set-Up (something they always excel at), but also Weather Resistance and Comfort too. In any case, you have a manual double-action pump included, and one person can pitch it in under 10 minutes or so. I have included this tent in my list of best inflatable tents. Note that there is one short solid pole added to support a brim above the door so you have a dry entry design. After all, it’s hard to find another tent – traditional, inflatable or otherwise – which can balance these three factors quite so elegantly. The floor area is 160 ft2 (14.88 m2), which equates to 32 ft2 (3 m2) per person. As a result, this is a very reasonable number, and the tent can hold 5 people. The large sitting area contributes significantly to its livability.

We would, however, recommend upgrading them. The provided stakes aren’t terrible, but a set of heavy-duty stakes will secure the tent better and they will also last longer. There are 3 of them and you can see the valves on the sides in the top picture above. Vango has started building such air beam tents about a decade ago. They claim they are leaders in this specific design, but this is not really so. There are also many inflatable tents by Coleman on the market, and a few more brands build such inflatable tents. The Moose Outdoors Inflatable Tent is a 3-room inflatable tent for up to 10 people, making it another good family tent. The self-inflate tent covers a full area of 174.8 square feet, which provides enough living space for all campers, but might be more comfortable with 8 or fewer people. The Odyssey is also water-resistant and offers great weather protection. Although this is a 3-season inflatable tent, so is not the best in harsh and cold winter conditions. The total weight is 35 pounds. Note that the living room is large, and 2 more people can sleep there if necessary, the protection is full in this area as well. So this tent can accommodate 7 people.

The curved design gives you more interior space, and you get 6.7 feet of peak height headroom to stand up without crouching. While you can fit 4 people in it, 2 is a more ideal figure when it comes to comfort. A large mesh door opens up to a 55.5 square foot living area, and a secondary zippered door give access to an additional 63.5 square feet of room where you can sleep.Room tent: There are two main parts here,see the floor plan below, the sitting area and the sleeping zone.
