Walking Club

Fife Walking Club is an independent leisure-time activity group with approx 100 members. Walks of differing degrees of difficulty are arranged each weekend throughout the year - some weekends there are walks on Saturday and Sunday. Walks are graded in difficulty from "A" (steep, rough terrain or over 15 miles) to "C" (easy with good paths, minimal ascent and less than 9 miles). Walks are normally in an area of Scotland that is within a maximum of 2 hours drive from the centre of Fife. Members meet at the starting point of the walk. Own or shared transport is normally used. Children must be accompanied. In addition to regular weekly walks, the Club arranges weekend and week long events during the year. There are also occasional social events and regular newsletters are issued. Annual Membership currently cost £7.00 per person. £1.00 per walk for visitors who are welcome to come with us.
