Laurent-Perrier's Cuvee Rose Champagne was created in 1968 in an era with an atmosphere of intense creativity and social change. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the best crus in the Montagne de Reims and the House's own vineyards. From the iconic Laurent-Perrier Champagne house comes a luxurious Cuvée rosé with freshly picked fruit aromas, blushing colour and exceptional freshness. I can't say I am a frequent drinker of Champagne, and even less so when it comes to the Rose type but I will admit that this champagne is *delicious*. I have also grown to be a great fan of the magnum, which ages in a grand fashion developing great winey qualities and Burgundian notions.Bright salmon in colour, with orange tones, this wine is produced by the maceration method using Pinot Noirs from 10 Montagne de Reims villages, including Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. Cuvée Rosé was launched in 1968, born from the audacity and know-how of the House of Laurent-Perrier. Sadly, de Nonancourt passed away in 2010 and Laurent-Perrier is now managed by his two daughters, Alexandra and Stéphanie.
