Was a little apprehensive about this shampoo kit/item but to my surprise (and that of my daughter) it actually works. I'm currently suffering from an allergic reaction on my head and parts of my face from not rinsing properly. These are easy to use, didn't warm mind in microwave just placed straight on head from packet, look just like shower cap, left on my short hair for about 5-10 mins, did find some liquid escaped if I moved around too much but the instructions do tell you to put a towel around your neck whilst using, I found the liquid escaped from my forehead rather than the back, just need to wipe so not to get in eyes. Only down side I can think of is that it was cold to use but just like the 'fresh wipes' you can always slightly heat up on radiator.
